  2. Our drivers are employees, not independent contractors. What does this mean to you? This guarantees indemnification with our services. It avoids costly risks of legal problems, state investigations, co-employment issues, insurance, and all work-related injuries.

Insurance

We carry more insurance than required by local, state, and federal agencies. We pride ourselves in providing our customers with best comprehensive insurance policies—we maintain a $5,000,000 excess liability policy just in case. As important as it is to deliver our clients’ products safely and cost effectively to their customers, it’s equally important to make sure our clients are always protected.

Safety

MTI’s safety protocols start well before our drivers service our clients. We require all potential drivers to be DOT compliant. Our employment criteria consists of passing the requirements below, as well as any special training needed to accomplish the job safely and with expertise.
